Planning and Performance Leadership Teams (PPLT)
Each school has a building Planning, Performance Leadership Team (PPLT) that is made up of parents, students (AHS), teachers, and staff. Meeting on a monthly basis, these teams undergo cooperative planning and make recommendations to the building administration, district administration, and the Board of Education.

Since PPLTs are led by building administrators, the PTSA acts as an objective organization to manage the application process. PPLT positions are a 3-year commitment.
