Mission Statement

We are a committee of the Ardsley PTSA partnering with parents, students, teachers, staff, administrators, and the wider community. Our goal is to nurture inclusion and belonging, and to promote equitable access, agency, and opportunities for diverse individuals to thrive across Ardsley schools.

We are committed to:
Expanding the listening space for multiple perspectives
Centering students by keeping students at the core of the work that we do
Inviting community members to join us
Reflecting on our impact
Educating ourselves and those around us
Advocating for policies and decision making that support all students
Amplifying efforts in the community to carry this work forward
