Thanks for everyone who came out and joined the PTSA Community Meeting last week. We really appreciated your feedback and willingness to help. In response to your feedback, the Volunteers link at the bottom of this email goes to an updated list of everywhere we need volunteers to make it easier to navigate.

Lastly, we still have a number of openings on the PTSA Executive Committee with zero applicants. We need you. If you've every thought of joining the board, now is the time.

We have five PTSA Executive Committee seats with zero applicants. For the PTSA to keep support events, activities, and teacher grants, we need volunteers like you. These are the positions we need to fill:

VP of Fundraising & Community Engagement
VP of Ardsley High School Liaison
Concord Road Support

Please consider applying. You do not have to have previous experience to be a board member, so if you've ever considered joining, now's your chance!

Ardsley Cares Day is Saturday March 21st

Rise Against Hunger Meal Packing Event

We're thrilled to welcome back the incredible volunteers of Rise Against Hunger (formerly Million Meal Project). taking place during Ardsley Cares Day. SIGN UP to pack meals for hungry families on March 21st.

Rise Against Hunger - Trivia Night

It's essential to raise funds to provide meals for this massive packing event, so Rise Against Hunger is hosting a fun-filled TRIVIA NIGHT at Saw Mill Tavern on Wednesday, March 11. Click the link to make a donation (minimum $10 gets you entry and a free drink) or pay at the door.

We're collecting non-perishable items BEFORE Ardsley Cares Day for Feeding Westchester. Send your student with a box or can and have them drop it off:

At AMS by the cafeteria
At AHS by the library entrance,
Or the Ardsley police station

The yearbook ordering site only allows us to list grades K–4 in the drop-down menu. Because of this limitation, SC classes have been grouped with the following grades when ordering:

SC1 – Canfield → Select Kindergarten
SC2 – Poveromo → Select 2nd Grade
SC3 – Krueger → Select 3rd Grade
SC4 – Desimone → Select 4th Grade

CRS Fundraising Update

Thanks to your incredible generosity, we’ve officially met our Wellness Week goal, funding a food tasting and cooking demo, a nature connection program, and the always-popular Bounce Land.

We are now just $775 short of our half day Field Day fundraising goal! Any additional funds will support a spring Cultural Arts program for the entire school. While we suggest $15 per student, we recognize some families may not be able to contribute and kindly ask that you keep them in mind if you’re able to give a little extra. With no fees or gimmicks, every dollar goes directly to our students. We’re so close to ending the year with an amazing, community-building day - thank you for helping make it possible!

We are looking for volunteers to help during the week of March 23rd as Ardsley High School students engage in Wellness Week and Student Olympic activities. Students will be participating in fun games and activities and tasting healthy snacks. Please consider signing up and join the fun!

Save the date for student/parent college panel on April 15th. This is focused on addressing common questions about college research, admissions and preparation for Freshman-Juniors students and their families.

Mahjong Night - April14th

We're having a Mahjong Night on Tuesday, April 14 at 7pm, hosted by Amanda Rosenberg of Mahj Mama NY. She'll teach you the elements of this intricate game that has been proven to boost brain power, and you'll play a round to see how fun and engaging it is.
